Zheng Gu Shui Nanaimo (Bone Setting Liquid) is a traditional Chinese external liniment. It is commonly used for:
Sprains, strains, and bruises
Stiff or sore muscles
Joint pain and swelling
Old injuries that ache with weather changes
Apply a small amount to the affected area 2–3 times daily. Gently rub until absorbed. Avoid open wounds and sensitive skin.
