All food-grade / herbal dietary ingredients): Stir-fried Suan Zao Ren (Sour Jujube Seed), Fu Ling (Poria), Bai He (Lily Bulb), Lian Zi (Lotus Seed, core removed), Gui Yuan Rou (Longan Aril), Chen Pi (Tangerine Peel).

Cooking Method

 

Simple 4-Step Cooking Instructions:

1. Place the herbal soup pack with 250g lean meat, pork ribs, or chicken or no any meat into a pot.

2. Add about 1500ml water (6 cups) or broth to bring to a boil under high heat.

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 – 2 hours.

4. Add suitable salt. Enjoy in warm.
