Processing Time
All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship via **Canada Post**, **FedEx**, and **UPS** depending on your location and order size.
United States
At this time, we do not ship to the United States. We hope to offer US shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified!
International
We currently only ship within Canada. Please check back for updates on international shipping availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website or through our **Aftership** tracking page at onemorecupoftea.com/pages/track-your-order.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be affected by:

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. One More Cup of Teais not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
