At One More Cup of Tea, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

– The item is unused and in its original condition
– The item is in its original packaging
– You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items are not eligible for return:

– Opened food, treats, or supplement products (for pet safety reasons)
– Items marked as Final Sale
– Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@onemorecupoftea.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to our return address (provided upon approval)
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

 Return Shipping Costs

– If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — we cover return shipping
– If the return is due to change of mind — return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

– Refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days**
– Refunds will be issued to your **original payment method**
– You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at info@onemorecupoftea.com with:

– Your order number
– A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
