1) Soak black fungus in room temperature water, wash it after it is big and cut into small strips;

2) Wash the sea cucumber and cut to small pieces;

3) Slice pork into small pieces,

Prepare method:

1. Soak black fungus in warm water for ten minutes, wash them after soaking.
