Ingredients:

Method:
1) Put papok pack into a drainer to wash the dust away, then put into a China pot and 3 – 5 slices of ginger;
2) Put pork bones (I like shoulder bladder) into a boiling water to cook for no more blood come out on the surface about 3 minutes. Take it out then put into the same China pot;
3) Add an appropriate amount of water which cover all ingredient in the China pot. It is about 2-3cm higher over all ingredients;
4) Make a boil on high heat then turn to middle lower heat to cook for 1.5-2 hours, add salt to taste and serve.
Tips: Put 1-2 pigs into the soup to cook together will make the soup more tasty.
Caution: not suitable for pregnant women because barley will cause miscarriage.
2. Fried duck with young ginger

Cooking Method:

3). Add some peanut oil into it then continue saute for 5 more minutes, take it out, set aside, separate with the oil.

5). Put the duck meat into and continue stir fry, then add an appropriate amount of water just cover half of the duck meat; turn to low heat to cook.
Cautions: It is not suitable for people who are with allergic or kidney stone,Hepatitis patients, people get common cold, women who just delivered babies, uremia, gastroenteritis.
3. Lotus root in honey sauce
