Specifications: 16 capsules per box (including 1 red safety pill)
Suggested Use for Adults: Oral, 1 capsule, 2 times daily, with warm boiled water. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
Red Safety Pill (Bao Xian Zi): This is an emergency pill included in the box. For severe injuries with heavy bruising or bleeding, take the red pill first, then continue with the regular capsules. For minor injuries or other conditions, the red pill is not needed.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

For Pets (under veterinary guidance only)
Dogs (medium to large breeds): Follow adult dosage = 0.25–0.5 g each time, 4 times daily.
Dogs (small breeds): Half the adult dosage.
Cats: Half the adult dosage.
Horses: Multiply adult dosage according to weight of horse.
