Kelp benefits-raw

Description

Kelp benefits

Kelp benefits includes many nutritional values. However, many people do not like to eat kelp or do not know how to cook it.

In traditional Chinese diet, kelp can both treat and prevent diseases. When used to treat diseases, it is usually used to treat symptoms such as phlegm nodules and edema. The way to prevent diseases is to eat some kelp in moderation in the daily diet.

Make hair black and shiny by kelp

Perhaps you know the most about black sesame which can make your hair black, ginger which can make your hair grow, or walnuts which can make your hair shiny.

But the best hair care product is kelp. Regular consumption of kelp can not only replenish the body’s iodine, but also has special effects on the growth, moisturizing and gloss of hair.

Detoxification and enhanced metabolism of Kelp

All vegetables containing a lot of fiber can promote intestinal excretion and absorb free lipids. Kelp is rich in fiber and alkaline, which increases the detoxification effect.

Metabolic rate represents a person’s metabolic ability. When the metabolic rate is very low, less calories are supplied to the body, and the rest of the energy will be converted into fat and accumulated in the body.

Eating kelp can enhance a person’s metabolic rate, enhance metabolic function, make the spirit more energetic, and make the body thinner.

Expectorant and protect the trachea from kelp benefits

The kelp that people in coastal cities usually eat has the effect of removing “old phlegm”.

Kelp is salty and cold in nature. It belongs to the liver and kidney meridians. Its cellulose can remove bacteria, molds and waste dust particles attached to the digestive tract, reduce the accumulation of phlegm, and has the effects of eliminating phlegm, softening hard masses, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling.

When used to treat chronic bronchitis and asthma, it can be made into kelp syrup or cold kelp. If you insist on eating it, the “old phlegm” will be removed and the cause of the disease will be eliminated, and the effect is quite good.

Calcium supplement and easy to absorb

Kelp is a vegetable with high nutritional value. Compared with spinach and rapeseed, in addition to vitamin C, its crude protein, sugar, calcium and iron content are several times and dozens of times higher. Every 100 grams of kelp contains up to 1177 mg of calcium and 150 mg of iron. What is important is that the human body has a very high absorption rate of calcium in kelp, so eating kelp has an important health care effect on children, women and the elderly.

Beauty and skin improvement

Kelp juice can remove acne marks, enhance skin brightness, and improve dull yellow skin color. Bathing with kelp soup can moisturize the skin, making it refreshing, smooth, bright and beautiful. Similarly, if you eat kelp, it also has the effect of beautifying and moisturizing the skin, and the effect is better when it is combined inside and outside.

Eliminate breast hyperplasia

Modern studies have found that kelp can assist in the treatment of breast hyperplasia. This is because it contains a large amount of iodine, about 300 mg to 700 mg of iodine per 100 grams of kelp.

It can promote luteinization of ovarian follicles, thereby reducing the level of estrogen in the body, adjusting endocrine disorders, and ultimately eliminating the hidden dangers of breast hyperplasia, achieving the purpose of preventing breast hyperplasia. Moreover, kelp can soften and disperse nodules, make blood flow smoothly, and reduce lumps.

Prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

Studies in recent years have shown that kelp is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which can remove cholesterol attached to the blood vessel walls; the dietary fiber alginate contained in kelp can regulate the stomach and promote the excretion of cholesterol.

People with high blood lipids can effectively prevent and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by eating kelp for a long time.

Lowering blood pressure, diuresis and reducing swelling

A layer of white powder like hoarfrost is often attached to kelp – mannitol, which is a precious medicinal substance. Modern scientific research has shown that mannitol has the effects of lowering blood pressure, diuresis and reducing swelling.

In addition, kelp contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids and dietary fiber, which can remove cholesterol attached to the blood vessel walls, regulate the stomach and promote the excretion of cholesterol.
